What is AccruePilot

AccruePilot is a US$59 one-time manual AI spend review toolkit for U.S. professional-service firms of 10 to 250 people. It contains a local browser Control Center, an editable Excel workbook and a 12-page field guide. Your team supplies the records; it does not automatically discover subscriptions, connect to accounts or guarantee savings.

What is AccruePilot: what you receive

  • Local browser Control Center: a working tool for your manually entered review records, used with a compatible desktop browser.
  • Editable Excel workbook: spreadsheet-based review tools that your team maintains with its own inputs and assumptions.
  • 12-page field guide: written guidance for organizing a repeatable management review.

The product page shows coordinated illustrations and separately labeled previews of the actual workbook and field guide. Review those previews and the compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Who it is for

The intended buyer is a U.S. professional-service firm with 10 to 250 people that can gather and maintain its own subscription evidence. The standard license covers internal business use by one purchasing U.S. organization. The offer is not available for Canadian organizations.

Start with the free AI Renewal Checklist to work through one renewal before deciding whether the paid toolkit fits. The free templates are companion resources, not a trial of the paid application.

What it is not

AccruePilot is not automated discovery, a connected procurement platform or a subscription service. It does not monitor vendor accounts continuously, enforce a spending limit, cancel services or promise savings, ROI or another business outcome. It is a management toolkit, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

Keep the approver, contractual notice deadline and editable Keep, Resize, Test or Retire choice in your own record or the free companion templates. Those are not dedicated fields in the paid Control Center or workbook.

Who operates AccruePilot

AccruePilot is operated by Knowledge Based Consulting Incorporated, an Ontario corporation, with Fourthwall as seller and merchant of record.

The trust centre explains the product's data boundaries and support scope. Purchase, license and refund terms are stated on the product page.

How it differs from automated tools

AccruePilot begins with records the firm supplies. A connected provider may collect from financial, identity, application or other sources, depending on its actual offering and permissions. Compare those requirements in the review options guide and the named alternatives comparison.

If automatic collection or account actions are essential, verify them with a suitable provider. If a manual process fits, choose the tools your team can keep current.

Questions about AccruePilot

Is AccruePilot a subscription?

No. The Founding Edition costs US$59 once and is delivered as a digital ZIP. Your firm still needs compatible desktop browser, spreadsheet and PDF software and remains responsible for its review work.

Does AccruePilot find our subscriptions automatically?

No. Your team supplies and maintains the records. The toolkit has no bank, card or vendor integrations and does not enforce vendor budgets or cancel subscriptions.

Can we use it for clients?

The standard license covers the purchasing U.S. organization's internal business operations. Resale, redistribution or repeatable client-service delivery requires a separate written commercial license; check the product's terms before purchasing for that purpose.
